Dr. Raven Beeman
Dr. Raven Beeman was born and raised in Somerset. He graduated from Somerset High School in 2015 and was a notable athlete throughout his career. He was a two sport athlete, playing football and baseball, and was a key part of the Somerset Football Semifinal team in the fall of 2014. However despite his accomplishments with the football team, baseball was what took him to greater heights.
He went on to play Division 1 baseball at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) and majored in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He played four years there and finished his college career as a .300 hitter at the division 1 level. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Beeman did attempt tryouts with the Cincinnati Reds, Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers however, things were not meant to be this way.
Despite his sports career ending, his goal was to become a chiropractor. He had dealt with injuries all through his athletic career that lead to him dealing with athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and physical therapists. This was where his passion for the human body really took form and his interest for chiropractic continued. He attended chiropractic school at Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) and earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in November 2023.
He returned home to Somerset following his graduation and joined Highlands Chiropractic in December 2023. Dr. Beeman has a profound interest in sports and fitness. He currently resides in his hometown of Somerset and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
