What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment at Highlands Chiropractic Center begins with a thorough evaluation to help us better understand your health concerns and treatment goals.
Patient History: We will review your current symptoms, medical history, previous injuries, and any relevant diagnostic imaging or treatment records.
Physical Examination: Your chiropractor will perform an examination based on your symptoms and clinical presentation. This may include assessments of posture, spinal and joint mobility, orthopedic and neurological function, muscle strength, and flexibility.
Review of Findings: We will discuss our examination findings, explain potential causes of your symptoms, and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition.
Personalized Treatment Plan: When appropriate, we will recommend an individualized treatment plan that may include chiropractic adjustments, mechanical traction, soft-tissue therapies, therapeutic exercises, or other available services.
